INSTRUCTIONS
Click on the above link which takes you to our Membership page where you can choose between Gold and Silver access.
1. Choose a package and click the JOIN NOW button.
2. You will be asked to register with Wellow Valley Tennis. Fill in all your contact details please (this will help us keep you up to date on news and events). Choose a log-in email and password. Your household will need these each time they wish to book a court.
3. Review our membership terms, save a copy and then tick the ‘I’ve read it’ box
4. It will ask for consents to be contacted by us, Team Bath coaching at Wellow, the LTA and to allow use of photography on Wellow’s promotional materials. Tick boxes if you do not give consent.
5. You can pay online using the secure online service called GoCardless. Have bank sort code and account number handy. You can also pay by cheque but please allow two weeks to process.
GOLD ACCESS
£59 per household per annum. Accompanied Guest Fees £2 per guest.
Benefits: Join at any time of year // One Fob for entire household // Use of online booking for court play until 9pm. // Gold Access Sessions – Open tennis play 3 times a week for all levels of player // 6 free guest sessions per annum // Tournaments and social events throughout the year // Coaching Discounts // Entry to Wellow Valley’s Wimbledon Ballot each May.
SILVER ACCESS
£29 per household per annum. Accompanied Guest Fees £2 per guest.

GETTING INTO THE COURTS WITH YOUR WELLOW VALLEY TENNIS KEY FOB
We will get a notification that you have joined. We will then activate an access key fob that your household will use to unlock the tennis courts door. Activated key fobs can be collected at Wellow Valley Tennis Courts. Please call or email to tell us when you can collect your key fob. Bring a credit card or drivers license as proof of identity to collect your fob.
